These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website agenciasumauma.com ("Site"), owned by Agência Sumaúma, CNPJ 45.245.318/0001-70, headquartered in São José dos Campos/SP, Brazil ("Sumaúma"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms.

The Site has an institutional and informational purpose, presenting the Presence Engineering for Generative AIs services offered by Sumaúma, as well as editorial content published on the blog.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully, refraining from acts that may harm its operation, security or the rights of Sumaúma and third parties. Any attempt at unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data is prohibited.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Brazilian law applies. The courts of the District of São José dos Campos/SP are elected to settle disputes, with waiver of any other, however privileged.
