Before the invitation, someone will ask the AI about you. What does it answer?
Headhunters, nomination committees, investors and boards use ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude to source and check names. The answer they get is your first filter — and you are not in the room when it is generated.
The first due diligence is not run by a firm. It is run in a chat.
Before opening your profile, calling a reference or commissioning a formal check, the decision-maker asks the artificial intelligence. What it returns decides whether the conversation continues.
Being on Google is not the same as being in the AI’s answer.
You may have three decades of career, auditable results and meaningful board seats — and the artificial intelligence may still anchor you to the role you left eight years ago, attach a namesake’s history to you, or simply have nothing to say. In due diligence, silence and imprecision cost the same: the conversation does not move forward.
Sumaúma AI Presence makes the AIs describe you with precision and authority.
This is not about building an image. It is about structuring what is already true — track record, sectors, results, board seats, education and domain topics — so that language models can describe you accurately, without confusing you with namesakes and without stopping at your previous role. That is what we call Presence Engineering for Generative AIs, applied to your executive reputation.
We monitor
We measure your G-SoV (Generative Share of Voice) with AI-Scan and monitor what the models say about you: in which topics you appear, how accurately, and whether there is misattribution to correct.
We structure
We build your knowledge graph and tie together the nodes of your identity — roles, companies, sectors, boards and education — so the AIs recognise a single, current track record rather than an outdated slice of it.
We clone
We extract your Linguistic DNA and vectorise your management theses, so the AIs know what your reading of the market is and credit it to you.
We propagate
We publish consistent, original semantic content across the authority channels of the corporate and governance environment, to influence the AIs where they are trained.
Sumaúma started in 2022 as a digital marketing agency and had — and still has — the segment of professionals whose name is the asset as its main vertical. We have served more than 100 of them. Today we apply that experience to the new frontier: what the generative AIs answer when someone types your name.
Questions answered.
I am an executive. How do I get the AI to describe my track record correctly?
The first step is to measure. AI-Scan shows what the models already say about you: in which topics you appear, how accurately, and whether there is confusion with namesakes or anchoring to an old role. From there, we structure your entities in the knowledge graphs — roles, companies, sectors, boards, education — so the models recognise a single, current track record; we vectorise your management theses; and we propagate original content across the channels the AIs are trained on. There is no shortcut and no space for sale: the AIs describe well whoever they can recognise.
Do headhunters and nomination committees really consult AI about candidates?
Increasingly so, and especially in the sourcing phase — before any formal check. The question "who are good names for [role] with experience in [sector]?" returns a short list, and that is where the invitation comes from. Not being on the list is rarely communicated to you: the conversation simply does not happen.
The AI is associating my name with incorrect information. Can that be fixed?
It can, and that is precisely the monitoring and entity-disambiguation work. The model gets it wrong when it has no stable node tying your name to your actual track record. Once roles, companies, boards and education point coherently to the same entity, marked up in structured data and reinforced in sources the models treat as reliable, the description converges on what is true.
Does this replace my LinkedIn or a headhunter’s work?
No — it complements both. LinkedIn remains your formal showcase and the headhunter remains the one who opens doors. Presence Engineering takes care of a new, invisible channel: what the artificial intelligence answers about you when no one is looking, which is exactly the moment the decision to invite starts being made.
How long until the AI describes my track record the right way?
Entity disambiguation is usually the fastest change to feel: as soon as roles, companies, boards and education point to a single, current node, the model stops anchoring you in the past. AI-Scan gives you the immediate diagnosis, and propagation moves your G-SoV over the following weeks, with continuous monitoring. It is not a button we switch on or off.
